On the Day Management
Your friends and family may be kind enough to offer assistance but this means they have less time to enjoy your special day. We will ensure your day runs smoothly, working closely with your suppliers and that your venue looks simply stunning!
This package includes........
• Final meeting a month prior to your day to go over final & confirmed details
• Creation of your Wedding day schedule & timeline of your day, which will be pre-approved with you
• Full support to the couple & Whatsapp communication with couple following the final meeting
• Liaison with all your booked suppliers to ensure all is on track and running smoothly following the final details meeting
• Meeting any suppliers on the day for set up/drop offs• Organisation of the remainder venue set up including table plans, decoration etc
• Assistance at 2x locations if required (E.g. Your church & Reception venue)
• Coordinating order of day events
• Announcements if required
• Any additional tasks given on the day
• Emergency wedding kit bag (Includes, plasters, sun cream, deodorant, tape measure, scissors, fans & a lot more!)
• Two wedding Coordinators will be present on the day x10 hours

This service is for the couples who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day!
I will help relieve your stress, allowing you to really enjoy the journey to ‘I Do’.

Power Hours
These are perfect for couples who are happy doing the planning themselves but simply need a little guidance along the way!!I will be your planning 'fairy godmother', whether it be, you need my help creating your wedding day timeline, you need help with supplier recommendations or advice...Whatever you specifically need, I'm here for you!
You can book me for an hour (or more!) whenever you wish during your journey to chat via a video call.Upon booking this service, I ask that you email me prior to your 'power hour' a list or description of what it is you want out of our call. This ensures you are getting the most out of your hour call.

These are £75 per hour on a pay as you go service.
Additional Staff
Looking to enhance your event experience? Our extra SP team members are here to assist with serving drinks and canapes during your drinks reception, running your DIY bar and/or serving your food. If you have a dry hire venue, we can even stay until the end of the evening to pack away your décor / furniture so you don't have to the next day! Let us take care of the details, so you can focus on enjoying your occasion.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for a minimum spend of £75.00.
These are great way to purchase power hours as a gift for couples as an engagement, birthday or Christmas gift!
You can also purchase any other amount to go towards a planning or coordination service.
Vouchers will be sent in the post to the purchaser at no additional postage cost.
